Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $50.

Our products USUALLY ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (weekends and holidays are not business days) after being ordered. Promotions, new product launches, pandemics, and holidays may extend processing and shipping times. Please don't worry. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, we are unable to make any changes.  This includes changes to the shipping address. If your order is returned to us, we will cancel it and issue a refund. We will notify you by email if this happens.

Domestic orders usually arrive within 1-8 business days after being shipped depending on the shipping method you choose. If your order does not arrive within this time, we recommend contacting USPS, your local post office, to check the status of your order. 

If USPS carrier delays occur, please visit https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/ to check for delays in your area. Mae & Millie is not responsible for delays due to customs, natural disasters and occurrences, transfers between carriers.
